This sparkling rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes including some Pinot Précoce, a variety that ripens early which balances the acidity of the wine with ripe summer fruit flavours. Rose pink in colour, this dry wine is abundantly aromatic with strawberry and dark fruit notes. Lively, fresh and fruity with a crisp, long finish.
