Our British version of the classic Negroni cocktail is made using Albury Rosso Vermouth blended with grapefruit gin produced by Silent Pool Distillers and Sipello, a bittersweet aperitif.
All three components are produced in the Surrey Hills, less than an hour from London, and the cocktail has been aged in an oak barrel to develop a smoother flavour.
Serve over ice with a twist of orange for the perfect pre-dinner cocktail, or add a splash of Albury Estate sparkling wine to enjoy a longer drink.
Only 240 bottles have been made of this exclusive limited 1st release batch and each label is hand-numbered.
