Surrey Hills Rosé

75cl, 11.5% Vol

This limited release from the 2018 vintage is a sparkling rosé made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes grown in several Surrey Hills vineyards.

Rose pink in colour with some perfumed floral strawberry and citrus notes on the nose. The palate is rich and creamy with a nicely developed complexity and creaminess enhancing its spicy undertones. Medium acidity and well balanced with a persistent mousse. Excellent as an aperitif but big enough to drink with most foods.
