Perfect Pairings - A Taste of Honey

We meet in the tasting room at Albury Vineyard, home to the bees that make Albury honey, a key ingredient in Silent Pool Gin. Enjoy sampling our award-winning Albury Estate sparkling wines, then it's a short walk to the Silent Pool Distillery where we’ll explain how we use honey in the gin, and serve exquisite honey themed cocktails.

All drinks are paired with delicious canapés that feature Albury honey.

Please note - canapés are provided by an external caterer. A vegetarian option is available. Please specify at time of booking. We are unable to cater for other dietary requirements for this event.  

This experience starts at 14:00 at Albury Vineyard and lasts for approximately 2 and 1/2 hours, finishing around 16:30.
